Abstract: Mainly introduces the remote surveillance and control system based on TCP/IP
protocol , analyzing the system’s functions and characteristics , as well as the approach to the
realization of the hard & wares, and discussing the implementation of Point to Multi-Point
Communications. This system has been applied in the distributed heating systems based on C/S , it can perform these function stably .
