Abstract:In this paper,we discuss the characters and application fields of ZigBee and CAN BUS technology.Furthermore,we study and design a project which is based on ZigBee wireless network and CAN BUS technology to tracke and locate coalminers.And system structure and function characteristics were also introduced . This system makes it convenient for mine administrators,control room persons and security inspectors to achieve working hours and location distribution information of mineworkers who are in coalmine.
